The most important aim of this work package is to guarantee a well balanced procedure among all following WPs concerning the supervision of the partners, the logistics for data and information exchange and meetings

2. Methodology / work description

The co-ordinator organises the efficient planning and communication among the participants, as well as allocations, monitoring and reporting on the progress and milestones of the project. The responsibilities of this work include:

organisation of research process in collaboration with the partners
maintaining the project office for scientific and technical
correspondence among all partners and the European Commission
(including an Internet discussion corner)
supervising the organisation of the Workshops
quality assurance
Communication with the EU-Commission
Collection of the deliverables and submission to the Commission
