The tool-box for the assessment of LQ in connection with new implementations will be elaborated on and finalised. Results of the pilot study will be regarded in the tool box: How did the instrument work in practice? What has to be changed? Were the guidelines user-friendly?, etc.

Guidelines for the application of the toolbox will be generated, especially in connection with the application/consideration of toolbox-results in practice → practical implications and how they should be dealt with (/"implementation guidelines"/)

A detailed concept for a data bank to store data resulting from assessment and evaluation of LQ related implementations will be produced. The data bank, once running, should make it possible to find out if, when, to whom, how, in which country etc. certain questions have been asked in earlier studies, viz. at earlier occasions, what answers have been received, what consequences have been drawn, etc..
