All materials for the workshop with experts from the chosen and assessed implementations sites, plus responsible from the LUTR-cluster and the CoT-programme will be prepared. The results of earlier working steps, especially interview results will be arranged for the presentation in the workshop. The discussion for establishing of a toolbox for more systematic LQ assessments in the future will be prepared for presentation and discussion.

Workshop

The results of earlier working steps, especially interview results, will be presented. A system for more systematic LQ assessments in the future and for the application of results in connection with practical implementations as well as operational concepts for a toolbox for LQ assessment and for databank for the storage of data will be developed. The first steps for the development of implementation guidelines are discussed.

Preparation

Preparation of materials for presentation in the workshop (tables, graphs, arguments, recommendations) from state of the art and expert interviews
Production of a possible frame for a tool box and for (a) databank(s) for storing data concerning life quality assessment, as a basis for workshop work

Workshop

2-days workshop with appr. 30 persons; plenum and small group work according to the state of the art (organisational psychology etc.)
Participants from selected cities-of-tomorrow implementation sites, from EU-commission and from LUTR-cluster, will be invited to discuss the consideration of LQ aspects in connection with transport at their sites.
Production of operational recommendations (tool-box, data-bank, guidelines for systematic consideration of LQ-assessment data in practice) to be elaborated on by the ASI-consortium
